‘I keep seeing his face on the floor in blood’: Man killed son over 25 cents, complaint alleges

MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man told police he shot and killed his son following an argument over $0.25, a criminal complaint alleges.

John C. Shively, 64, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of his son, 25-year-old Zachary Shively.
